How do I insert a photo in my email

Can you draw/paint a portrait from separate photographs
Yes I can draw/paint you a portrait of different people from different photographs and draw/paint them into one portrait for you. Top

How long will delivery take
You will receive your portrait in a week in the UK and within two weeks outside the UK, at Christmas time it might be a bit longer Top

What happens to the photos that I send to you
The photographs that you send to me are returned to you in exactly the same condition as I received them. I take great care with all photographs that are sent to me and are returned to you as soon as possible. I am not responsible for lost or damaged portraits or photographs during transit although I will help you as much as possible regarding the matter. Top

Are there any other charges (ie)  delivery, shipping etc
There are no shipping or delivery charges to pay, you only pay the amount that is on my website. Top

How do you pack and post the portrait
Your portrait when finished is carefully rolled up along with your receipt and then sent to you by First class Royal mail recorded delivery or if you live outside the UK it is sent to you by First class Royal Air Mail. Top

Do you frame your portraits
I don't frame my portraits I leave that up to you as I believe its a personal thing choosing a frame to match your portrait, there is the colour and width of the frame to consider (See mounting and framing) and it's also cheaper and safer for the customer to purchase there own frame from where they live. If I framed my portraits there would be the cost of the frame and the postage and shipping charges and this would make it more expensive for you, so I believe it makes more sense for customers to purchase there own frame from where you live. Top

What if I don't like the portrait
I put 110% into every portrait that I do for customers and I check them over and over again to make sure that they are accurate to the photograph and are well finished, I also invite other people to view the portrait for there views. If there is an error in the portrait or for some reason you don't like the portrait that I do for you please send it back and I will try everything possible to correct it for you. If on the odd chance that there is more than just a slight error in the portrait or there is definitely not a likeness I will draw/paint you a new portrait or refund you entirely. Top

Displaying your portrait on our Website
Occasionally I display portraits that I have done for customers on my website and this is purely to show other people the quality of my work, if you find that one day your portrait is displayed on my website and this concerns you and or are displeased with this please tell me and I will take it down immediately. Top

Care of a pastel/charcoal portrait
When you have received and unpacked a pastel/charcoal portrait please be careful not to touch the surface as I spray all of my portraits with a fixative and this only adherer's the pastel/charcoal to the paper, a pastel/charcoal portrait will still smudge if it is heavily touched. Top

I cant decide on a pencil or pastel portrait
If you cant decide on either a pencil or pastel portrait please see which medium is best for my portrait or email me and I will give you a better idea in what to go for but usually if the photograph has quite a lot of colour in it then a pastel portrait could possibly be more suitable than a black and white pencil portrait. If your photo is muted and doesn't show much colour then maybe a pencil portrait is the one to go for. Top
